Model Kaos are a band that OnAir Tunes - namely The Indie Show - has been shouting about and pushing and playing as hard as we can since we met them.

You can find our featured artist article published in our site here and you can listen to ProducerMark's interview with front man Alex M. Kittner in The Indie Show podcast sections.

But we are totally delighted that Model Kaos have a great spread and interview with Managing Editor Paul Frank in Issue 5 of Fourculture Magazine - www.fourculture.com . Trust us when we say that Issue 5 is not just a great read but it will also introduce you to some great music and outstanding musicians.

Calling All Astronauts on Fourculture

Hailing from London, Calling All Astronauts are an electro-punk force to watch for. The band was founded by JJ Browning (guitars, formerly of Caffeine), and David B (vocals and programming) of US:UK after a random meeting at a Fulham petrol station.  After establishing their vision, they added Croatian-born Kristi Bury on bass.
Calling All Astronauts fits an up and coming new model for rock that involves bringing in more electronically engineered elements.  Loop tracks, metal and punk style guitars define this band's composition and arrangement signature.  Add lyrics that are culturally, socially and politically charged, a nod to punk influence, and they are unique in their own right.  There is a lot of dark power behind this music and yet you still want to dance to it.

Meet The Howling Bullets!

Combining the condemned soul of Delta blues with the hexed heart of punk, the Howling Bullets bring a dose of desperation and working class to horror rock fans. The old school of film fright is given free reign to duke it out with tough as nails rock'n roll.

In 2010, musical friends Matt and Rizz teamed up. WAZU was born and along with it a darkwave, electro, goth, neo mash up of sound that will
blow you away. With layers of sound and lyrics that haunt, Wazu leaves more than a mark.

They're the scratches down your back that memorialize a night well spent.

Another big thank you goes out the the social media of the world as it introduced me to Color Theory and namely Brian Hazard.

In my travels around the interweb searching out new musicians and bands I was delighted to stumble my way upon what I would have to call one of the most organised and focused musicians I have found on the web.

Not only can you keep up to date with Brian's work and releases but he has organised his web presence in a way that puts others to shame. Free downloads, Regular Information Posts, Mailing lists, Competitions and real communication with fans and followers using all the social media assets out there, and with over 34,000 genuine twitter followers it's working well.

I stumbled across these guys whilst browsing around (which I tend to do) and found their video for the title track "When The Sun Sets" (which the band have kindly posted on the site saving me the time) on an affiliated site. By the time I'd clicked on the play button I had already listened to around another 30 or so tracks from others and was getting kind of tired - I was about to get a quick wake up call within the next 60 seconds.

Octobre's Ending is fun & flamboyant group of hard rocking indie artists from Toronto Canada. Unique and catchy melodies that stay cycling within your head for days is what is in store for you when exploring their assemblage of tracks.

Not only are the heartfelt compositions addictive, but rumor has it that those that attend the fiery live performances habitually return and become part of the growing family of friends that make Octobre's Ending shows seem more like a really great house party.

Fronted by stunning & talented songwriter Elaine "Queen Chaos" Shields, bass duties provided by wry humorist Markus Zero, sonic sand blasting provided by guitar terrorist Gerald "Rev Fear" Fratzl, and finally the man who obliterates drum sticks and skins as if they were made of paper, Donny Z, AKA "Johnny Jaibait"... the group is steadily gaining enthusiastic followers with every show and album sold.

Described as “Gothic Future Pop” these guys hail from Germany and I am delighted to have them as “Featured Artists” on AIR, on The Indie Show.

I met Alex Kintner through the show over the social networks, and when Alex sent us through a couple of tracks from their Debut album I was straight into the studio to turn the volume up and blow some dust of the speakers. These guys know how to Rock and bang out some deep guitar sounds. The “Darkwave” synths over the top add a full sound to the songs and Alex does a fantastic job of stamping his own brand passion into the vocals. Reminiscent of 80’s/90’s bands like ‘Clan of Xymox’, ‘Depeche Mode’ and dare I say ‘Killing Joke’, it’s hard to pigeon hole these guys which I like as hopefully someday people will say “That sounds like Model Kaos”.
